ONESPOT APP
To remove the stress from reporting all too common issues to City of Johannesburg, WRAP Residents Association Chairman, Martin van der Westhuizen, created a Onespot application bringing everything together into one easy to use platform allowing residents to report issues to various departments within the City of Johannesburg.
Radiokop Residents Association is able to keep track of all issues reported, we are able to use this data to follow up and escalate unresolved issues once SLA time-frames have expired, ultimately making sure the city is held accountable.
